Condition of Items To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Please include any receipts or proof of purchase with your return.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exceptions Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, customized products, and personal care items. Sale items are also non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
